DUBAI — Integrascreen has signed a contract with Emirates Post to be their exclusive partner in the UAE degree verification programme. This project will be carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

The degree verification programme involves conducting educational background verification for all individuals who are required to produce supporting educational certificates prior to obtaining their UAE residence visa.

Emirates Post will attend to all applications starting from September 3 through its 78 post offices located throughout the country. The cost of this service is Dh500 per application and is inclusive of the Dh10 cost of each envelope.

Abdullah Al Daboos, Director General of Emirates Post, said “Emirates Post will continue its quest for new opportunities to serve its customers, without compromise on the present quality of its service”.

He said that the “quality of services provided by Emirates Post is as important to us as the quantity. That is why we are glad to be working with Integrascreen which is the ideal company in terms of customer service”.

Integrascreen is one of the world’s leading providers of immigration screening and document verification services, which it provides through its network of offices worldwide.

Integrascreen has assisted numerous governments in screening foreign nationals applying to enter their country or those who have already entered through use of its propriety risk databases, sophisticated name matching technology and its document verification services.

Scott Graham, Managing Director of Integrascreen, said: “We are delighted to partner with the UAE government in this initiative. We believe by screening out those persons with fraudulent documentation we will increase the quality of the workforce in the UAE and will enable employers to have the confidence of knowing that they are hiring the genuine article.”
